Senior Merchandiser for Beauty
Responsibility
The job duties of this position is to manage our Asia business by doing the following:
To manage a core supplier base whilst bringing on board new supply routes
Having a deep understanding of promotional product for the beauty industry and the product components and cost drivers
Benchmarking and negotiating with suppliers for the best price and terms
Perform factory initial evaluation, costing and product quality assessments
Managing projects, monitoring the quality and lead time of merchandise and production
Arranging the shipments and payment with full set of shipping document prepared
Factory visits to ensure samples are executed on time and at the right quality level
