Responsible for all aspects of Product Engineering for specific product area including design, test, analysis, verification, validation, technical liaison, innovation, and improvement. Identify, implement, and maintain new technology applicable to Means product line. Direct engineering team including but not limited to the following disciplines: Product Applications, Advanced Engineering, R&D, CAD, CAE, Mechatronics, and Testing. Lead team to exceed customer expectations while meeting Means financial objectives.

Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Can act independently with only high-level direction from Director. Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of a staff of engineers. Can drive projects forward to improve systems and efficiencies.
