What You’ll Do • Install, commission, and validate
systems at customer sites, including conducting pre-installation site surveys and acceptance testing. • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and system optimization to ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and long-term performance. • Respond to on-site service requests, identify the root causes of technical issues, and implement effective corrective actions. • Troubleshoot complex electromechanical, electronic, vacuum, digital, analog, and PC-based control systems. • Train customers in system operation, basic maintenance, safety, and recommended operating practices. • Document service activities accurately and completely, including service reports, maintenance records, and corrective actions. • Collaborate with regional and global Field Service Engineers, Application Specialists, and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues. • Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services. • Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while working at customer sites. • Develop the technical competencies needed to support additional product lines as business needs evolve.
