Roles and responsibilities:
Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as
divisional mission and strategies
Work closely with Global and regional cross-functional team to ensure the success of
assigned new product launch and Acute geo-expansion projects
Ensure the best marketing mix (branding, positioning, pricing, training, launching)
before the assigned new product go live
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor
activities to identify market opportunities for the product
Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth
drivers and business objectives annually
Digital marketing program plan and digital Solution deployment focus on product and
customers needs with Strategy Thinking and initiative program creation
Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational
initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
Develop critical relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders and other allied
health care professionals.
Collaborate with cross function teams, particularly collaborate with medical team to
develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy
alignment, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for
market access success
Provide product knowledge to internal clients and external channel partner
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts with plan
