The Training Supervisor is responsible for comprehensively planning, organizing, and continuously optimizing the internal training system. This includes coordinating general competency training, job skill training, as well as English and cross-cultural training programs to foster a positive learning atmosphere that supports employee development and business objectives. The role requires the capability to independently design and efficiently implement training projects, and to effectively manage and optimize training resources such as the internal trainer team, course library, and online learning platforms.
In addition, the position is expected to drive local cultural transformation through training initiatives, promote the integration of core values into daily work, and contribute to building a more open, collaborative, and innovative corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with group strategy and
business needs;
• Develop and implement training plans and culture-related initiatives to guide
organizational cultural transformation and embed core values into daily practices;
• Organize and coordinate internal training (e.g., onboarding, on-the-job training, cross-department sharing) and external training resources;
• Conduct training needs analysis and assessment, recommend appropriate
training solutions, and design learning programs;
• Plan and deliver English and cross-cultural training to enhance employees’
global communication and collaboration skills;
• Maintain and update the course library, build and coach the internal trainer team, and guide course development;
• Manage training records and conduct data analysis, and establish training
evaluation and continuous improvement mechanisms;
• Manage and optimize online learning platforms or digital learning tools;
• Design and facilitate diverse learning activities to foster an open and dynamic
learning culture;
• Support the improvement of training-related policies and processes, and drive effective implementation across departments.
