协助EHS Head进行EHS体系的高效管理，针对对运行中的问题，进行系统的改进和提升，包括但不限于：
Assist the EHS Head to manage the EHS system efficiently, and conduct systematic improvements and enhancements to solve operational issues, including but not limited to
1. 配合EHS Head完成集团EHS的各种改善计划、集团审核，以及其它管理要求；
Cooperate with the EHS Head to complete various global EHS improvement plans , global audits, and other management requirements
2. 协助EHS Head跟进管理层的安全管理计划，确保相关的EHS事项按期完成；
Assist the EHS Head in following up on the management team's safety management plan to ensure timely completion of relevant EHS matters
3. 协助EHS Head持续改进公司的EHS管理制度、安全培训计划，以满足安全生产和EHS管理的需求
Assist the EHS Head in continuously improving the company's EHS management system and safety training plan to meet the needs of safety production and EHS management
4. 协助EHS Head完成各种年度改善计划；
Assist EHS Head in completing various annual improvement plans
负责或参与集团项目、会议；
Responsible for or participating in global projects and meetings
管理Omega/LC-10/Infra 的EHS BP团队，高效运作，不断提升安全管理水平，减少安全事件，实践集团EHS管理零的目标。协助各部门发现与分析问题，提出改进采措施，带领BP团队切实落实对各工厂EHS监督职责并提供EHS相关服务，满足生产运营团队EHS方面的需求，减少安全事故、事件的发生；
Manage the EHS BP team of Omega/LC-10/Infra, operate efficiently, continuously improve safety management level, reduce safety incidents, and achieve zero global EHS management target. Assist production departments in identifying and analyzing problems, propose improvement measures, lead the BP team to effectively implement EHS’s supervision responsibilities and provide EHS related services, meet the EHS needs from the production and operation team, and reduce the occurrence of incidents
领导公司工艺安全管理并持续改进工艺安全及工艺过程风险分析，参与部门工业安全、工艺安全、承包商安全管理等现场工作，分配、协调人力和资源，确保公司现场安全表现符合法律法规和集团
