Job responsibilities/工作职责
1. Project leader to work on improvement projects of yield, quality, process capability and cost reduction/良率改善、质量提高、过程能力提升和成本降低等
2. Key contributor to provide clear work instruction to production daily operation, non-compliance disposal and evidence recording/生产作业指导书的制定、不合格品处置及相关数据记录等
3. Responsible for equipment buyoff, material qualification and supplier audit with SQE/设备验证验收、原材料验证及协助SQE进行供应商审核
4. Support failure analysis, customers’ special requirement/对失效模式及客户特殊需求提供必要的支持
5. Interaction with other departments/和相关部门的沟通及协作
6. Help with talent development and provide proven skills to other team member within process engineering team/对工艺工程的团队建设提供相关的技能储备
7. Other duties assigned/领导分配的其它工作
