工作职责:
As force sensor designer, you should be able to identify customer needs input by sales team, providing proper solution to customer, either through new product development or modification on existing product:
61 Be familiar with diversified applications of force sensor and design customer required force sensor in an agile way;
61 Understand the properties of different material for sensor and select the right and cost effective material;
61 Has mechanics analysis knowledge, and be familiar with mechanism simulation tool to optimize the design;
61 Be familiar with force sensor manufacture process and select or optimize the process to get better performance;
61 Act as mechanical lead in new product development to drive all the mechanical related deliverables, including 2D&3D drawings, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, design review document;
61 Responsible for prototype creation, review, and test plan setup and results evaluation;
61 Technical review with cross function team and vendors to ensure the new product delivery with high quality;
61 Developing common strategies for material selection, element design, and sealing that will drive high levels of reuse across product designs
61 Drive technology and products innovation
