Reliability Engineering Manager
• Develop and execute qualification and robustness test plans for AI-scale cable assemblies, including accelerated life testing (ALT), HALT, HASS, and ESS.
• Lead complex electrical and mechanical failure analysis for cable assemblies, including intermittent opens, signal degradation, connector fretting, and termination-related failures.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods, including 8D, 5-Why, and fishbone analysis, supported by electrical probing, TDR, X-ray inspection, and micro-sectioning.
• Build life models using Weibull, Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson, and Miner’s Rule methods aligned to cable and connector failure mechanisms.
• Correlate accelerated test results with field performance data to validate models, assumptions, and confidence levels.
• Use FRACAS, RMA, and deployment analytics to detect systemic risks across large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.
• Prepare technical reports, qualification summaries, and launch readiness documentation for executive and customer review.
• Communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans clearly to cross-functional stakeholders supporting high-performance AI systems.
