The candidate is responsible to design the test processes from Alpha to mass production, and qualify the test system, prepare the test documents, improve the test ***/cum yield which finally meet the Coherent new product phase targets. At the same time, the candidate is able to create and maintain the product BOM and implement the different customized requirements. We expect the candidate is better to have some design knowledge in circuit and also basic optical design. The product engineer will cooperate with hardware designer, firmware, process, mechanical engineer, OSA designer, production NPI/MFG engineer, supply chain, FAE, RSM and PLM etc. Coherent is looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication to teamwork. The candidate is responsible to coordinate, understand the electronics hardware development involving high speed digital design activities to better support the design and project team for the test solution definitions, module debugs and issue detections.
