Accountable for developing new product lifecycle PRA NPP strategy and ensure the successful fulfilment to deliver solid inputs on PRA NPP deep/shallow dives for new pipeline in early development stage. Facilitate the and providing effective project oversight to for the robust initiatives such as early access program strategy development and implementation of product lifecycle for Lilly pipelines in China through leveraging professional expertise.
The PRA NPP & PRA Strategy Manager should be able to effectively interpret and understand the market environment and new product’s profile from PRA’s perspective particularly its business potential and market access strategy based on both the external and internal views and taking leadership and work with cross-functional / global colleagues to integrate insights from market research data and implication of local policy environment into the recommendations on comparator selection, end point setting for the new product clinical trial design and related scenario analysis supporting to support favourable PRA strategy.
The PRA NPP & PRA Strategy Manager is responsible for applying their necessary knowledge and understanding to identify the PRA opportunities for the entire product lifecycle from pre-launch, early access program (BoAo, GBA etc), OOP , NRDL, hospital access to VBP and identify the appropriate solutions to streamline the internal process, integrate inputs and gain appropriate approval from leadership as well as facilitate the strategy development, planning, coordination and implementation through cross-functional collaboration to maximize the access opportunities.
PRA NPP:
Develop China new product lifecycle PRA NPP strategies for Lilly pipelines.
Lead PRA input about NPP deep/shallow dives.
Represent China PRA team and respond to Dive related queries from IBU/global NPP.
Lead the review and monitor competitor/comparator and related NRDL outcomes for key insights
Partner with cross-functions (e.g. PRA, Medical, new product planning, market research, regulatory, statistics etc.) and global/international NPP PRA to deliver collaborative work on the inputs and scenarios analysis for NPP Deep/Shallow Dives.
Lead PRA assumption in the NPP forecasting exercise
Maintain awareness of the evolvement of policy environment and payer insights, including the most update NRDL value assessment criteria and HTA evaluation methodologies among different therapeutic area.
New Product Lifecycle Access Strategy
Develop the strategy, consolidate the resources and oversee the project of for the new product lifecycle access initiatives such as early access program.
Consolidate and leverage industry intelligence / knowledge and provide input on the internal /external stakeholder planning/mapping and the approval process
Partner with the Global/International PRA and cross functional stakeholders in the development, review and implementation of early access program and associated deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional team on project management and close the loop as timely matter to ensure the deliverable.
Monitoring the update and policy trend and related opportunities about the new product lifecycle / early access program.
Lead all the Early access programs strategy & drive implementation for Lilly China products
