- Fully responsible for the overall strategic planning, business operations, and performance achievement of DragonPass in the Southeast Asian market, accountable for P&L results, and driving the continuous growth of the company's market share and brand influence in the travel and quality lifestyle services sector.
- Develop and execute annual and medium-to-long-term business development plans for the Southeast Asian market, covering the entire value chain including sales, business development (BD), product localization, solution design, customer service, and delivery, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment across all functions.
- Lead and build the local core management team, establish efficient organizational mechanisms, and cultivate a high-performance, cohesive localized team.
- Gain deep insights into trends, user behavior, and the competitive landscape of Southeast Asia's high-end travel consumption market, spearhead the development of local product and service strategies, and drive the adaptation, optimization, and innovative implementation of global products and services in Southeast Asia.
- Oversee the top-level maintenance of key account (KA) and strategic partner relationships, including major financial institutions, airlines, corporate clients, and airport authorities, driving the signing of high-value cooperative projects and deepening long-term partnerships.
- Establish and refine local compliance, finance, human resources, and operational management systems, ensuring business operates stably and efficiently in compliance with Southeast Asian countries' laws and regulations as well as the company's global governance standards.
- As the highest representative in Southeast Asia, report business progress and strategic recommendations internally to the APAC CEO, and externally represent the company in industry events, media communications, and government/association relationship building, enhancing DragonPass's credibility and industry standing in the Southeast Asian market.
