Design structural and thermal aspects of coherent transceivers with strict form-factor constraints. Responsible for CFD simulations, heatsink structural design, TIM material selection and final design verification Drive prototype fabrication, thermal validation, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) reviews for mass production. 设计相干收发器的结构和热方面,并严格限制外形。 负责CFD模拟、散热器结构设计、TIM材料选择及最终设计验证 推动原型制造、热验证以及批量生产设计(DFM)审查。
职位要求
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical fields. Strong academic foundation in heat transfer mechanisms, fluid dynamics, and solid mechanics. Coursework or research specifically involving fin optimization, thermal resistance networks, and material properties is highly desirable. 机械工程、材料科学或相关技术领域的学士或硕士学位。 在传热机制、流体动力学和固体力学方面有扎实的学术基础。 专门涉及鳍片优化、热阻网络和材料性质的课程或有著名研究。 3+ years of specialized experience in thermal solution for high-power density electronics, preferably in optical transceivers or optical network equipment. Proven expertise in full-cycle thermal development: from initial concept simulation to mass production validation. Track record of correlating CFD models (Flotherm) with empirical lab data in temperature prediction. Deep experience selecting and testing TIMs (gap pads, phase change materials, epoxies) under varying pressure, temperature, and aging conditions.
