职位要求
至少3年以上网络或光传输行业系统验证、应用测试的实操经验。
具备在真实交换机/路由器环境及光纤链路中，针对高速相干可插拔技术制定测试策略的经验。
具备通过命令行或Netconf配置交换机/路由器的经验。
熟悉相干DWDM光纤传输，理解调制格式、前向纠错、光信噪比、色度色散、偏振态、偏振相关损耗、差分
群时延、光纤非线性等参数及其对相干可插拔模块性能的影响。
具备丰富的112G PAM4及以上速率高速电接口（SerDes）特性分析与优化经验。
