职位描述
Lead planning, execution and coordination to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and alignment with technical/quality/cost goals.（负责潜在客户的规划、执行和协调，确保按时交付、预算遵守以及与技术/质量/成本目标的一致性。）
职位要求
• B.S degree or above in electronics engineering, telecommunication or relevant.
• 3–5 years PM experience in optical transceivers or relevant; preferred: 400G/800G data communication or coherent modules.
• Proven full product life cycle experience (successful R&D-to-post-maintenance module project).
• BOM and material delivery coordination experience.
• Cross-functional team management; conflict resolution and goal-driven.
• 拥有电子工程、电信或相关专业的理学学士及以上学位。
• 具备3–5年光收发器或相关项目管理经验;优先：400G/800G数据通信或相干模块。
• 拥有完整的产品生命周期经验（成功的研发到维护后模块项目）。
• 有物料清单和物料交付协调经验。
• 跨职能团队管理;冲突解决和目标驱动。
