职位描述

Lead Design Verification Test for new PCB assemblies and electronic subsystems.  Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans covering electrical, functional, and environmental validations.  Identify hardware defects, collaborate with design teams on root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.  Ensure all products meet reliability standards, regulatory compliance, and mass-production readiness criteria.  Manage test lab resources, fixture development, and data reporting for stakeholder reviews

职位要求

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.  Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware testing, specifically within the PCB DVT or EVT/PVT lifecycle  Signal Integrity (SI) Analysis: Conduct eye diagram testing for high-speed interfaces (PCIe, SerDes) to verify jitter, amplitude, and rise/fall times  Impedance Verification: Measure characteristic impedance of critical traces to ensure compliance with design specifications  Timing Margin Testing: Validate setup and hold time margins across all operating conditions to ensure data reliability  Power Integrity (PI) Checks: Measure power rail ripple and noise under idle, full load, and transient load conditions  Power Sequencing Validation: Verify correct power-up and power-down sequences, slopes, and timing relationships for multi-rail systems.  Transient Response Testing: Evaluate voltage overshoot/undershoot and recovery time during sudden load steps.  IR Drop Analysis: Measure voltage drops across high-current paths to ensure components receive adequate voltage.  Expert proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and multimeters 1 of 4  Advanced ability to read and interpret complex schematics, BOMs, and PCB layout files (Altium, Cadence Allegro)     Deep knowledge of signal integrity analysis, power integrity measurements, and EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing Hands-on capability in microscopic soldering, component replacement, and board modification for prototype validation Knowledge of Python or AI-Agent assisted programming for structured data analysis and test automation is preferred Language: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for global team collaboration and technical documentation
