作为客户、销售团队与内部研发部门之间的主要技术联络人。
及时为客户提供产品功能支持。
设计、配置并验证定制化的技术解决方案，以满足具体 客户 需求。

职位要求
M.Sc. degree or above in telecommunication or relevant.
Specialized coursework or research focus on fiber optic communications, coherent detection
systems, or integrated photonics is highly preferred.
拥有电信或相关领域 M.Sc.或以上学位。
优先考虑专注于光纤通信、相干检测系统或集成光子学的专业课程或研究。
3+ years experience in coherent transmission projects.
Track record of supporting customers through the entire deployment lifecycle: from lab proof-of
concept (PoC) and field trials to mass production rollout and maintenance.
Prior experience working with tunable lasers, integrated silicon photonics (SiPh) platforms, or
indium phosphide (InP) based coherent engines.
History of creating comprehensive technical documentation, including application notes,
integration guides, failure analysis reports, and best practice whitepapers.
Proven success in resolving escalated field failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and
coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams for corrective actions.
3年+相干输电项目经验。
