职位描述
1. Full-channel Promotion Strategy & Planning - Lead team to develop annual & periodic full-channel promotion strategies and plans to achieve business targets and support multi-channel growth. - Monitor overall promotion execution and marketing resource allocation across all channels, ensure ontime and effective campaign delivery. - Conduct timely post-campaign performance review and data analysis, iterate optimized promotion solutions accordingly. - Collaborate with key retail partners to boost incremental sales and retailer NTF performance; build customized omni-channel promotion calendars for core retailers to secure ranking and market share goals. - Manage annual sample and GWP budget setup, conduct monthly budget tracking and cost reconciliation to control marketing expenditure. 2. Offline Retail events and activities - Co-work with sales team and global to build up annual retail events and pop up strategy and plan. - Lead team to do in-store seasonal activations & store traffic drivers to support product launches, popups and campaigns. - Co-work with sales and marketing team for new door 360 opening plan to drive every successful new door launched in China, including communication, outdoor, social, PR, promotion and event parts. - Set activity KPIs and control event budget in line with annual marketing financial goals 3. New Store Opening Projects - Take full end-to-end ownership of nationwide new store opening projects in China. - Coordinate cross-team resources including promotion, on-site events, outdoor exposure, social media and PR to support full-lifecycle store launch. - Ensure all new stores open smoothly and meet pre-set opening business KPIs with strict budget control. - 4. Joint Business Planning - Own JBP joint business planning and annual negotiation with key retail partners, align sales targets, marketing investment and joint promotion roadmap.- Conduct regular business review with retailers, track target delivery and resolve cross-team cooperation issues timely. 5. Offline Brand Exposure & Channel Demand Management - Be responsible for overall offline brand marketing exposure including in-store visuals, outdoor advertisement and mall media, unify offline brand image presentation. - Act as the single point of contact for all channel marketing demands, evaluate requirements, arrange resources and deliver effective marketing solutions. 6. Mini Program Mall Business & Promotion - Take full ownership of WeChat Mini Program mall trade marketing and overall business growth. - Design exclusive mall promotion mechanics, regular campaigns and member operation activities aligned with offline marketing rhythm. - Drive online-offline traffic closed-loop diversion, monitor mall GMV, conversion and customer retention data, and continuously optimize mini-program marketing performance. - Design and run mini-program mall promotion activities, realize online-offline traffic integration and drive private domain mall GMV growth. 7. Team management and development - Responsible for leading team members deliver work tasks with quality and quantity - Effectively distribute tasks among team members and develop suitable development plans tailored to everyone’s strengths, enhancing their advantages while addressing areas lacking in experience. - Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of both internal and external team collaboration - Contribute to the company's long-term talent pool development.
