BS/MS Degree in thermal energy and power engineering BS with at least 5 years of relevant experience or MS with at least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred Expertise in Fluent; Icepack; Flotherm; FloEFD; StarCCM; CFX; Ansys related are preferred. Experience in electronic heat dissipation is plus. Liquid cooling simulation experience is plus. Solid basic knowledge and practical experience on fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory is plus. Expertise in thermal interface material is plus. Strong background in numerical analysis and thermal professional field. Proficient in Solidworks, UG, Space Claim etc. Experience in design of experiment, thermal measurement and project management. Eager to learn fresh things and willing to dig deeper Highly self-motivated team player, take initiative to resolve project issues with relevant stakeholders and deliver project in timely manner. Good skills at English writing and reading, basic at oral and listening

Wt % 25% 50% Specific Duty Perform simulations/testing to evaluate product performance and provide professional design solutions to improve product performance and meet product specification. Perform simulations/testing to identify product failure root cause and provide design solutions. Accomplish simulation to support new technology development. Complete the thermal related mechanical design to evaluate and apply the new thermal material or new heat dissipation technology. 1 of 2 3) Design Verification 15% Good skills on thermal application, support and train engineer for thermal test. Support thermal simulation or mechanical design for the special cases. 4) Product Release 10% Setup thermal simulation/testing rules, request template and management rules.
