职位描述

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mold Design, or related fields. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in plastic part design, mold design, and injection molding production, 3. Technical Skills: • In-depth knowledge of plastic materials and their properties. • Proficient in mold structure design and injection molding processes. • Familiar with mold flow analysis tools and 3D CAD software. 4. At least 5 years working experience in the environment of plastic part manufacturing in automotive, home appliance, or power tool industries… 5. At least 1-2 years project leader experience is preferred. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 7. Excellent written and oral English and native mandarin speaker 8. Acceptance to up to 50% travel frequency (China and oversea)

职位要求

Lead and coordinate the process of industrialization/realization of critical supply parts as an interface project manager working in international teams. 2. Ensure and convince Hilti design engineers with your knowledge to detect and balance risks of critical manufacturing processes utilizing your experience in design for manufacture and design to costs. 3. Interface with multi-functional teams such as overseas and local development, supply, supplier quality teams for new project development and offer solution regarding design, manufacturing and quality risk management aspects. 4. Play a critical technical role in between feasibility study and design freeze phase and work together with design team, supply team and suppliers to clear the issues of production processes 5. Lead and coordinate strategic supplier development projects 6. Consult development team in related manufacturing category based on project needs 7. Support material group strategy for definition project with manufacturing related assessment
