Tech BA

Partner with business stakeholders and R&D teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and digital projects Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with AI engineers, developers, product managers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Support AI product development initiatives including automation, machine learning applications, intelligent workflows, and data-driven solutions Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through AI technologies Coordinate UAT testing, defect tracking, and solution validation with end users Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and training materials when needed Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines 3–8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role Experience supporting AI, data analytics, machine learning, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or AI-related technologies is a plus Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and coordination skills Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar collaboration platforms Good English communication skills in both written and spoken form
