(a) Responsible for publishing and updating recruitment information.负责发布和更新公司招聘信息;
Perform recruitment, selection, interview and placement.D执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作;
Regular recruitment report, including annual report, monthly report, weekly report, etc.(c)定期进行招聘工作汇报,包括年报、月报、周报等;(e) Complete other works assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求
Academic/Major 学历/专业a
Bachelor degree or above in human resource management or related field.人力资源管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。(b)Professional Skills专业技能要求
Familiar with the basic concepts and terminology of human resource management, the processesof human resource and personal policies and laws and regulations.熟悉人力资源管理的基本概念和术语,熟悉人力资源业务流程及人事政策和法律法规;Familiar with the interal hr management process related to the job.熟悉与其本职工作相关的、公司内部的人力资源管理流程;
Basic recruitment skills and familiar with the usual recruitment channels.具备基本的招聘技巧及熟悉通常的招聘渠道;
Understand the direction of seeking help in dealing with general human resource problems知道处理一般人力资源问题应该寻求帮助的方向。(c)WorkingExperience 工作经验要求
