supply planner

Duties • Follow media supply commitment, communicate with HDD site on ship mode selection, coordinate with SZ factory MFG, QC, QA, Warehouse, Import/Export on daily delivery arrangement, • Coordinate and support NPI trial/experiment shipment, • Support RTV process, • Follow working procedure to update delivery information in Oracle Cloud, • Summarize delivery information by product by part number, by shipping mode, by trial ID, etc... submit to HDD team on daily basis, • Daily delivery status tracking with logistic team, highlight shipping lead time actual vs forecast variance, etc. • Develop and optimize supply plans to ensure production demands are met. • Handle supply chain emergencies and develop contingency plans. ________________________________________   Skills • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, • Proficient on ERP System Operations (Oracle, SAP...) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Familiar with Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power BI) ________________________________________   Education • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
