职位描述

1.Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance management for IC/PIC advanced packaging like Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) related components and technologies. 2.Supplier Quality Management: Manage supplier quality issues, drive RCA, 8D, and CAPA; Monitor supplier KPIs including LAR, RPPM, yield and reliability. 3.Supplier Development: Support NPI, supplier process qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews; Partner with Engineering, Commodity Manager, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams to ensure supplier compliance with quality and reliability requirements; Drive supplier continual improvement initiatives using FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies. 4.Others: Support failure analysis, reliability qualification, and risk assessment activities; Maintain approved vendor and component databases. Education & Experience 1. 7 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree. Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Photonics, Materials Science, Physics, Communication Engineering or related fields. 2. Experienced in supplier quality engineering or supplier development engineering. 3. Experience in one or more of the following areas: (Silicon Photonics; Wafer Bumping; SMT&System in Package; CPO; Optical Engines; Advanced Packaging; High Speed Networking Products).

职位要求

本科学历且具有7年以上相关经验；或硕士学历且具有5年以上相关经验。专业要求：电气工程、电子学、光子学、材料科学、物理学、通信工程或相关领域。 2. 具有供应商质量工程或供应商开发工程经验。 3. 在以下一个或多个领域具有经验：硅光子学；晶圆凸块；表面贴装技术（SMT）与系统级封装（SiP）；共封装光学（CPO）；光学引擎；先进封装；高速网络产品
