YOUR TASKS  develop automotive OBC/HV DCDC hardware modules 负责 OBC/HV DCDC 硬件开发设计工作  create HW module specification per customer and system requirements; 根据客户和系统需求，创建硬件模块技术说明书  develop hardware architecture with existing development standards and design guidelines; 根据开发流程和设计规范指南，创建硬件架构  analyse, simulate and optimize electronic cuircuit according to existing HW architecture; 依据硬件架构，对模块电路进行仿真，分析，优化  define material and components with consideration of economic, qualitative and technological aspects in a project group; 对器件从质量，经济，技术等角度考虑进行优选  create HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, WCA, FMEA) 依据硬件开发流程，创建硬件相关文档如 BOM, WCA,FMEA…  Perform defined hardware development reviews through the full hardware development process and release documents; 进行硬件开发相关的活动如原理图评审，文档的创建与发放  hardware verification plan based on the system requirement, and organize the verification test of circuit function, performance and Vehicle test. 编写硬件测试规格书，并依据规格书对功能进行测试验证，同时支持整车试验及功能验证  Analyse and solve the hardware issues occurred during DV（include EMC）, PV and Vehicle test ,and record all the issues in the lesson learned 解决 DV/PV/EMC 试验中遇到的硬件问题,并做好经验总结  Support project quotation, Complete the quotation document accurately according to each phase quote requirement. 项目报价依据报价时间节点要求,正确完成各轮的报价文

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor degree or above in EE/Power Electronic 电气工程或电力电子专业  5 years’ experience of hardware design on automotive electronic hardware design, 3 years experience of OBC/HV DCDC is plus 5 年以上汽车电子产品硬件系统设计经验,3 年以上 OBC 或 HV DCDC 硬件设计经验优先考虑  At least 3 years design experience of power supply circuit, analog circuit, digital circuit, MOSFET circuit and MCU circuit. 3 年以上电源产品，模拟数字电路设计经验，熟悉 MCU,MOSFET 等元器件  More than 2 years FMEDA/FMEA working experience is plus. 2 年以上 FMEA/FMEDA 经验优佳。  "Experience in developing test specification, test solution, test requirements. Experience with power supply product test spec and case" 有开发测试规范、测试方案的经验，有电源产品相关的经验优先考虑。  Good team sense, communication and coordination skills 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力  Fluent oral and written English， can communicate with German team. 能熟练的使用英语口语和写作，能与国际团队进行交流
