职位描述
1. Hardware Circuit Development, Responsible for Brush and Brushless motor drive PCBA hardware design.
2. Micro Chip application for CAN/CANFD circuit design.
3. Complete PCB design, component selection, Layout, Debug verification.
4. Create PCB manufacturing file (BOM, Gerber, SMT pick place.)
5. Work with mechanical and system engineer to complete motor module design.
6. Tracking new product trail build issue, improvement based on hardware design. Training production technician, prepare for mass production.
7. Work out DFM with design team and EQ with PCB supplier.
8. Lead product debug technician for product failure analysis and circuit debug.
9. Training debug technician know-how and setup product hardware failure database.
10. First pass yield improvement based on failure mode.
