职位描述
• Handle daily site accounting and general accounting operations.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage bank accounting, cash management, and bank account opening/closing processes to support business operations.
• Monitor daily cash position and ensure adequate working capital for site operations.
• Support cash and banking activities for new business projects and initiatives.
• Actively participate in SAP/ERP implementation, including UAT testing, process validation, and system cut‑over support.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by management.
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in multinational companies.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic working environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to prioritize tasks, multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a strong plus.
