Key Responsibilities：
1. Strategic Sourcing (Front End)
· Develop and implement category strategies for key commodities including
cable,stamping,injection-molding and so on.
·Leadsupplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management to
secure competitive advantage.
·Ensuresupply chain continuity and de-risk by developing localized sourcing options
for the Vietnam plant.
2. Operational Procurement (Back End)
· Oversee the entire Purchase-to-Pay cycle for BOM materials for Vietnam plant.
·Drive improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory turnover, and procurement
process efficiency.
· Leadthe team in resolving daily operational issues to support production targets.
3. Indirect Procurement (MRO & Capex&Other)
· Critical Mission: Manage all indirect procurement activities for the Vietnam plant
construction and ramp-up, including production equipment, MRO supplies, tooling, jigs,
construction materials, and facility services.
· Build and manage a local supplier base in Vietnam to support seamless factory
operations.
4. Team Leadership & Compliance
· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team capable of managing
cross-border operations.
· Establish robust procurement policies and internal controls to ensure compliance
with company standards and ethical practices.
职位要求
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,
International Trade, or related field. MBA is a plus.
· Experience:
· Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with at least 5
years in a leadership role.
· Musthaveproven experience in managing big teams including direct and indirect.
·Background in the connector, cable assembly, or electronics manufacturing industry
is highly preferred.
·it is preferred to hold oversea plant management experience
· Skills:
· Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and
contract negotiation.
· Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); must be able to work as a
business language with global teams. Mandarin is a must.
· Competencies: Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication skills, ability to thrive
in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to stay in Vietnam
