职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、负责供应商端的高速线缆SI相关测试工艺，参与供应商SI不良产品的分析与解决，对供应商的生产良率提出改进建议，并且追踪执行
2、负责对供应商测试技术人员进行培训，并指导和监督他们按照标准进行工作。
3、将公司内部的要求准确的传递给供应商，并且追踪其执行情况
4、协助公司内部工艺制程改进
5、对供应商端的改进情况进行汇总，并进行例行报告
6、完成其他相关工作
职位要求
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业，8年以上高速线缆SI（信号完整性）测试和分析工作经验 Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering or related field, with over 8 years of experience in high-speed cable SI (signal integrity) testing and analysis.
• 精通高速测试设备（VNA，TDR， Bert，频谱分析仪，Robat） Proficient in high-speed testing equipment (VNA, TDR, Bert, Spectrum Analyzer, Robat)
• 熟悉ISO9001质量体系，8D，PFMEA，5Why等质量工具和管理方法 Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, 8D, PFMEA, 5Why and other quality tools and management methods
• 良好的沟通、协作、总结汇报能力 Good communication, collaboration, summary and reporting skills
• 责任心和抗压能力强，需要具有一定的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力 Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, need to have a certain degree of logical analysis ability and problem solving skills
• 良好的英文读、写、说能力，和熟练的work office办公软件操作技能 Good English reading, writing and speaking skills, and proficient in working office software
