职位描述
◼ Work on R&D projects for new solution/material development (post-treatment like
surface coating and bonding, with the ability for raw material selection and new
formulation design/proposal)
◼ Support process engineering in new process design, development, trial and scale-up
◼ Support to solve technical issues from customer and material selection
◼ Responsible for the continuous optimization of the assigned products to improve
product competitiveness
◼ Follow up other assigned technical work
职位要求
⚫ Master or Ph.D. in polymer science and/or Engineering (>5 years’ experience in R&D
development)
⚫ Experienced in adhesion/coating and related solutions/materials development,
surface coating/handling and testing.
⚫ Well-trained for literature study and can catch key info. for product/tech.
development
⚫ A plus if familiar with functional adhesion tape or integration of film and adhesive
⚫ A plus if familiar with plastics formulation and related processing and
characterization
⚫ Good communication to work closely with internal team and external customers
⚫ English as working language as we are a global company
⚫ Good project management skills
⚫ Strong team player with the ability to work independently
