职位描述

Responsibility The job duties of this position is to manage our Asia business by doing the following:  To manage a core supplier base whilst bringing on board new supply routes  Having a deep understanding of promotional product for the beauty industry and the product components and cost drivers  Benchmarking and negotiating with suppliers for the best price and terms  Perform factory initial evaluation, costing and product quality assessments  Managing projects, monitoring the quality and lead time of merchandise and production  Arranging the shipments and payment with full set of shipping document prepared  Factory visits to ensure samples are executed on time and at the right quality level

Requirements  Working experience in beauty & retail & Fashion promotional fields is preferable with knowledge on bags, packaging and accessories  Having a good eye for trends and beauty products which will suit our client needs  University graduated with 8+ years solid experience in sourcing and inquiries.  Very dynamic and enjoy taking challenges. Willing & able to work under pressure and work quickly under time sensitive scenarios to produce high quality work.  Working in a clean, calm and methodical way.  Smart on cost engineering. Very proactive at thinking out of the box.  Strong communication skills and can pull resources together quickly to make sure projects are executed on time and to the correct quality standard.  Has strong ability to convert inquiries into orders from scratch independently. Self-motivated with result-oriented mind set.  A good team player who can work across regional offices including UK and US.  Mature and responsible with work ethics  Excellent command of spoken and written English  Trip to Mainland China and wider Asia countries is required approx. once a month
