职位描述

The main missions of the role are: o Coach launch process format tools (launch cost quote/tracking format) to plant launch team o Manage FES Launch section deployed in plant (self-assessment performance) o Monitor new launch program Ramp up KPI performance after SOP, make sure new launch reach program production target at GR4. o Organize Plant IPL’s training to make sure continuously fulfillment for Business develop requirements regarding industrial launch activities o Support plant to trouble shotting for new launch programs. o Connect plants for lessons learned sharing, best practice sharing regarding launches experience o Support plant IPM for critical launches manage and manufacturing events preparation o Coach o Focus on BG strategy programs as operation interface to support core team and road map

职位要求

The ideal candidate will have/be : Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business. Experience: o Minimum 8 years in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role o Proven experience in a management role including a remote management experience Nice to have: Previous International Assignment Skills and competencies: o Broad and comprehensive understanding of theories and practices in Launch o Adept at identifying risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring stakeholders are informed o Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints 5acXjzUk o Good financial knowledge o Fluent English o Customer and Results orientation o Ability to work in a matrixed organization o Excellent communication skills and capability to influence and negotiate o Strong Leadership and management skills: proven ability to establish, develop, lead and coach a team
