职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct testing and evaluation of optical passive components, including lenses, isolators and filters
• Develop and implement test plans and evaluation procedures for optical components
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvement
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare technical reports and documentation on test/evaluation findings
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation
• 对透镜、隔离器、滤波器等光无源器件开展测试与评估
• 制定并落地光器件的测试方案与评估流程
• 分析测试结果，并输出产品改进建议
• 协同研发与生产团队解决各类质量问题
• 编制测试、评估相关的技术报告与文档资料
• 支持新产品导入（NPI）以及工艺验证工作
职位要求
• Diploma/Degree in Optics, Optoelectronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Solid knowledge of optical passive components (e.g., lenses, isolators, filters, prisms)
• Prior experience in testing/evaluation of optical components preferred
• 光学、光电、物理、电子工程或相关专业大专及以上学历
• 扎实掌握透镜、隔离器、滤波器、棱镜等光无源器件相关专业知识
• 具备光器件测试 / 评估相关工作经验优先
