职位描述
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, optimize, and support active and passive alignment processes for photonic devices, including optical engines, transceivers, and silicon photonics assemblies.
• Improve optical coupling efficiency, alignment stability, and process repeatability across high-volume production environments.
• Perform detailed analysis and optimization of alignment processes involving lenses, FAUs (Fiber Array Units), and silicon photonics chip coupling.
• Drive improvements in throughput (UPH), yield, and process robustness through systematic experimentation and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to optical power variation, misalignment drift, curing effects, and mechanical/thermal stability impacts on alignment.
• Support process transfer from development/NPI to scalable manufacturing, ensuring stability and repeatability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on photonic integration, device packaging, and optical performance validation.
• Contribute to development of next-generation alignment strategies for high-speed optical communication systems (100G–1.6T class architectures).
• Provide technical support and training related to alignment processes and optical assembly best practices.

• 在大批量产环境下，提升光耦合效率、对准稳定性以及工艺可重复性。
• 针对透镜、光纤阵列单元（FAU）、硅光子芯片耦合相关的对准工艺，开展深度分析与工艺优化。
• 通过系统性实验与数据分析，推动产线产能（每小时产出 UPH）、良率以及工艺鲁棒性提升。
• 排查解决各类复杂问题：光功率波动、对准偏移漂移、固化带来的影响、机械 / 热稳定性对对准效果带来的各类问题。
• 支持工艺从研发 / 新产品导入（NPI）阶段向规模化生产转移，保障工艺稳定、可复现。
• 和跨部门团队紧密协作，完成光子集成、器件封装、光学性能验证相关工作。
• 面向高速光通信系统（100G 1.6T 架构），参与下一代对准技术方案的开发。
• 提供对准工艺相关技术支持，开展培训，输出光学装配的最佳实践。
职位要求
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in photonic device alignment, optical assembly processes, or silicon photonics integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in active alignment and precision optical coupling processes.
• Deep understanding of optical coupling principles (edge coupling, free-space coupling, grating coupling, fiber-to-chip alignment).
• Experience optimizing yield, stability, and throughput in optical assembly processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to debug and resolve complex optical performance issues.
• Experience working in high-speed optical communication device environments (e.g., 400G / 800G / 1.6T class systems).
• 任职要求
• 本科或硕士学历，电子工程、机械工程、物理、光子学或其他相关专业。
• 8 年及以上光子器件对准、光学装配工艺、硅光子集成相关工作经验。
• 具备扎实的主动对准实操、精密光耦合工艺实操经验。
• 深刻理解光耦合原理：端面耦合、自由空间耦合、光栅耦合、光纤 芯片对准。
• 有光学装配工艺良率、稳定性、产能优化实战经验。
• 优秀分析能力，能够定位并解决复杂光学性能故障问题。
• 有高速光通信器件工作经验（400G/800G/1.6T 系统）。
