职位描述
➢ Handle AR function, check bank collection/down payment balance and release sales order / clear AR.
➢ Reconcile store collection with bank reports on daily basis.
➢ Issue VAT invoices / Red invoices and reconcile the invoices issued and not-issued (retail store).
➢ Login SAM’s / COSTSCO system to upload E-invoice for collection.
➢ Monthly output VAT reconciliation with invoice.
➢ Monthly Distributor statements and ad-hoc reporting.
➢ Master data maintenance for distributors in SAP and Weaver.
➢ Coordinate with internal and external auditors on AR related topics.
➢ Process improvements to increase efficiencies
