Reporting and Key Relationship • The successful candidate will join a dynamic and international team, based in OCSiAl Shanghai Technical Center, China. He/she will report to the Head of Product Development (OCSiAl Group), with administrative reporting to the CEO of OCSiAl China. Job Responsibilities • Identify, evaluate, and further develop new high-potential advanced material applications for Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs), including both technological feasibility and business potential assessment. • Lead the development and commercialization of new SWCNT-based products, formulations, and application technologies in close collaboration with R&D, production, and commercial teams. • Manage and support the full Product Development Process (PDP), including but not limited: - Market and application landscape analysis - Definition and execution of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and performance validation studies - Preparation of technical specifications and R&D task definitions - Evaluation of product unit economics, scalability, and cost-performance balance 2 - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve internal technical documentation, including product specifications, application guidelines, production documentation, and standard operating procedures. • Contribute to the preparation of external technical and marketing materials (e.g., product presentations, application cases, product technical processing guides) to support product promotion and customer product adoption and further engagement. • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Analytics, R&D, Production, EHS, Quality, and other internal stakeholders. • Working closely with R&D Global Team, act as a technical expert and internal consultant on SWCNT applications, providing support to regional commercial and technical teams

Skills and Experience Education • Master’s degree or PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Composite Materials, or a related technical field. Professional Experience • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in R&D and/or Product Development within the polymer, chemical, composite, coating or any other advanced materials industries. • Proven track record in application development, technology transfer, or commercialization of advanced materials. • Knowledge and experience with common materials characterization techniques, with a focus on carbon nanomaterials, but not limited, will be considered as an advantage. Skills & Competencies • Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination. • Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation. • Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities; ability to act as a functional or project lead. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value propositions. • Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach. • High level of self-motivation, independence, and accountability, with the ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment. • The position requires high readiness for frequent business travel, including regular international trips across the Asia region and globally. Languages • Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory
