Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP OTC-related incidents and service requests.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Manage and prioritize tickets from business users and support teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions to improve system stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
Business Enhancement Delivery
• Gather and analyze business requirements for small-scale enhancement requests.
• Design functional solutions and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
• Ensure enhancements align with existing business processes and system architecture.
OTC Process Management
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including:
o Order Management
o Pricing and Promotions
o Inventory Availability
o Delivery Processing
o Billing and Invoicing
o Returns and Refunds
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
System Integration Support
• Support integrations between SAP and surrounding applications, including:
o Logistics and Warehouse Systems
o Payment Platforms
• Monitor interface performance and resolve integration-related issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting across multiple systems and vendors.
职位要求
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of SAP OTC / SAP SD support experience.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Hands-on experience in production support and ticket management.
• Experience delivering minor enhancements and change requests.
• Familiarity with IDoc, EDI, API, middleware, or integration technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
