This role is hands on, delivery critical, responsible for: • Designing and deploying production grade RPA solutions • Automating high impact Sales Ops workflows (customer operations, RMA, O2C) • Introducing AI assisted capabilities where they meaningfully improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality The role will work closely with Sales Operations teams across APAC, Europe, and the Americas, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units under enterprise governance. RPA delivery success is the gating factor. AI adoption is expected to be practical, assistive, and business driven.

Required Qualifications (Non Negotiable) Technical & Delivery • Strong, hands on experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions • Proven Power Automate Desktop (PAD) deployment experience, including: o Multiple successful production automations o Real operational stability (not POC only) • Experience automating: o Web applications / portals o Outlook email workflows o Excel based processes o PDF documents Microsoft Ecosystem • Solid exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem supporting automation and AI, such as: o Power Automate (cloud & desktop) o Power Platform o Copilot / Copilot Studio o AI Builder (preferred) Domain & Industry • Preferably hands on experience in: o Order to Cash (O2C) processes o RMA / Returns operations • Strong preference for background in: o Semiconductor industry o Electronics device sales & distribution o B2B enterprise operations with SAP Communication • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) • Comfortable working with stakeholders in: o Europe o Americas o APJ • Ability to explain automation and AI concepts to non technical users
