职位描述

Job Title: Principal Engineer, Hardware Location: Taiwan Responsibilities Responsible for solution selection, schematic design, verification, and debugging Responsible for SI/ PI analysis and simulation Responsible for optical module sample fabrication Responsible for failure analysis of client samples Responsible for EVT and other validation testing Provide technical support during product production Responsible for writing relevant documentation Responsible for training and mentoring new employees Requirements 10+ years of design experience in optical modules/AOCs Experience with high-speed PAM4 products is preferred Familiar with optical module production processes Familiar with common solutions and development tools Familiar with SI/PI measurement and methodology Familiarity with Sigrity PI tools or equivalent simulation software Capable of on-site fault localization and failure analysis Capable of writing documentation and FA reports Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and OrCAD is preferred
