Main Responsibilities
1. End customer and system insight for solar and ESS
- Understand system architectures for solar inverters and ESS
- Understand of power topology and spec trend
- Translate customer pain points into product and roadmap requirements
2. Regional market & customer strategy set up
- Analyze regional markets for solar/ESS in China
(Customer tier, trends and competitors)
- Develop and execute design-in/win
- Lead account base marketing for strategic customers
3. Product positioning and new generation product growth in solar/ESS
- Algin product roadmap with customer system requirements
- Clearly state system-level differentiation vs. competitors
- Define value proposition for power products
4. Cross functional collaboration
- Drive new business demand creation along with HQ’s business units to secure successful design win penetrations
- Provide management-level insights on regional opportunities and risks
职位要求
Core Qualifications & Requirement
1. Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Majored in Electronics/Semiconductor/Engineering)
- 7+ years of experience in power semiconductors or system OEM/ODM
- Heads-on understanding of the end systems: solar / ESS
- Direct engagement experience with end customer or system house
- Strong English communication skills
2. Preferred
- Experience with China solar/ESS customers
- Extensive experience on product definition and marketing
- Knowledge of Power MOSFET, IGBT, Power IC, SiC or GaN
- Fully cycle experience from design-in to mass production
- Chinese language or strong familiarity with China market
