职位描述
Basic Function of the Job:
1. In charge of DA process development, prototype sample building, project transformation.
2. Do process capacity improvement to meet project requirement
3. Perform new process research and feasibility study.
4. Perform FA analysis to improve product yield.
5. Summary lesson learnt to improve product development first pass rate.
6. Co-work with function team to solve important quality issue
职位要求
Bachelor or master major in material, semiconductor, or electronics etc.
6 years’ process experience of DA or FC，familiar Datacom or America equipment handling or related area is preferred.
CET 4 and above, have basic drawing reading skill. Be familiar of AFD, APQP, PPAP,8D and leaning manufacture
Hands-on process experience in assembly process Adaptability, Customer Focus, Innovation, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Continuous Improvement, Professional and Technical Knowledge and Skills, Reliable and Dependable, Results Oriented, Teamwork and Positive Relationships, Work Standards/Quality/ Details.
