职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY: 1、 Responsible to work as project leader of NPD, PEX, CCR and PL/BL projects defined by LEAN PACEmethodology and designated by engineering management. 2、 Take leadership to initiate the project from the beginning to the end. 3、 Work with product marketing manager to set up the project scope and organize project team. 4、During the period of project development, project engineer needs to work out time frame and coordinatebetween different functional and departments. 5、Lead team to accomplish the target TTD, TTS, TTM FTR and TTV such to achieve the project goals,milestones, and expectations set up by managements. 1、负责作为项目负责人，主导按照精益PACE方法论定义、由工程管理层指定的NPD、PEX、CCR及PL/BL项目。 2、承担领导职责，从项目启动到结束全程主导推进。 3、与产品市场经理协作，确定项目范围并组建项目团队。 4、在项目开发期间，项目工程师需制定时间框架，并协调不同职能与部门之间的工作。 5、带领团队达成TTD、TTS、TTM、FTR及TTV等目标，以实现管理层设定的项目目标、里程碑和期望。
