Job Summary:
As production Engineer, you would work closely with cross function team to drive:
1. Production Process Optimization for Safety, Quality, Productivity.
2. Production Standard Work & Training
3. Production Schedule Execution & Gap Closure.
Responsibilities
1. Work with cross function team to identify the continuous improvement in production process and leading the improvement as time based.
2. Development Production Standard Work & Organize Training to make sure compliance with requirements.
3. Daily Review the production schedule execution to close gaps.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above
2. >=3 years related working experience.
3. Positive Work Attitude and can work under pressure.
4. Result Orientation & Self-Learning Person.
5. Familiar with Lean/Quality ect.Tool, 6 Sigma Certification would be better
6. Good at English, in written & oral
