1. Acting as Guangzhou NPI/MOC project coordinator for scale up production schedule, special label requirements coordination etc..
2. Leading Guangzhou NPI/MOC scale up productions and validations.
3. Lead process upgrade and Machine qualification
4. Lead process investigation
5. BOM&Operation time maintenance
