职位描述

· Manage products through R&D NPI process, complete Phase Exit gates, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team. · Primary responsibility to develop and manage the project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan. · Primary team interface working with design team, internal support groups, operations team, and marketing. · Set, manage, and communicate expectations to the project team, management, and other stakeholders. · Identify and manage project resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues. · Manage material supply to ensure build configuration and schedule will support required NPI deliverables. · · Regular communication with off-shore manufacturing and supply chain team members. Light travel for development activities: global team coordination, product transfer, and problem resolution

职位要求

MS in an engineering or science discipline 7+ years of relevant experience Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes · Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities · · · · Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background is essential Good English skill Experience with Microsoft Office suite required Experience with Oracle, Agile, and MS Project desirable
