职位描述

Job Title: Principal Engineer, Test Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end test strategy, architecture, and execution for optical modules and AOCs across all product phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, and production). • Lead test strategy development and validation execution for optical modules and high-speed interconnect systems across the product lifecycle. • Drive complex failure analysis and reliability initiatives, providing deep expertise in root cause identification and cross-functional resolution. • Serve as the technical authority for validation, interoperability, and compliance with industry and customer requirements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and customers to influence design for testability and manufacturability, including support during sample submission and qualification. • Establish and optimize test processes, metrics, and quality benchmarks, driving continuous improvement across teams and sites. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in test engineering, with significant expertise in optical modules, AOCs, or high-speed interconnect technologies. • Deep understanding of optical module design, manufacturing processes, and system-level interactions. • Extensive experience in EVT/DVT/PVT planning, execution, and risk management. • Strong expertise in failure analysis, fault isolation, and reliability engineering. • Proficiency in test automation and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, VBA, or similar), with experience building scalable solutions.

岗位名称：测试主任工程师岗位职责 • 负责光模块及有源光缆（AOC）全产品阶段（EVT、DVT、PVT 及量产）端到端测试方案、架构设计与落地执行。 • 在产品全生命周期内，主导光模块与高速互联系统的测试方案制定及验证工作。 • 推进复杂失效分析与可靠性项目，精通根因定位，推动跨部门问题闭环解决。 • 作为验证、互通性测试以及行业和客户规范合规方面的技术负责人。 • 与研发、生产及客户开展跨部门协作，推动面向可测试性与可制造性的设计优化，包含样品送样与认证阶段的技术支持。 • 搭建并持续优化测试流程、指标体系与质量基准，推动多团队、多站点的持续改进。任职要求 • 10 年以上测试工程相关经验，精通光模块、有源光缆（AOC）或高速互联技术。 • 深入理解光模块设计、生产工艺以及系统层面交互原理。 • 具备丰富的 EVT/DVT/PVT 项目规划、执行与风险管理经验。 • 精通失效分析、故障定位以及可靠性工程相关技术。 • 熟练掌握测试自动化与数据分析工具（例如 Python、VBA 等），有搭建可扩展自动化方案经验。
