职位描述

Manage and expand a dedicated client book with AUM target of RMB 120M+, generating annual revenue of RMB 400K+ Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and market development activities to achieve quarterly AUM and revenue targets Provide tailored wealth management solutions including investment advisory, asset allocation, and structured product recommendations Maintain deep understanding of clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and life stages to deliver personalized service Collaborate with product, research, and investment teams to ensure best-in-class solutions for clients Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards Prepare regular portfolio performance reports and conduct client review meetings

职位要求

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; CFA, CFP, or AFP certification preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles Proven track record of managing client AUM with demonstrable revenue generation capabilities Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (equities, fixed income, funds, insurance), and asset allocation strategies Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Client-centric mindset with high integrity and professional ethics Fluency in Mandarin and English required; additional languages a plus
