Plant Manager-越南北宁-Oversea

Responsibility： 1.Production Control and Optimization: ensuring efficient and cost-effective production. This includes monitoring production processes, planning and controlling resources, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity. 2.Quality Control: Ensuring product quality meets predefined quality standards and customer expectations. 3.Staff Leadership: Leading and developing staff at the production facility. This includes hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating employee performance. Coach and continuously improve staff skill and capability, build up a strong team to support company business strategy. 4.Budgeting and Cost Control: Budgeting and cost control of the production facility. This involves monitoring operating costs, identifying savings opportunities, and adhering to the budget. 5.Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to production, purchasing, quality and logistic. 6.Operation budget in human resource, resource allocation, equipment, training & others according to business forecast and production process overview. 7.Periodically review and set up purchasing strategy, especially component safety stock level, to minimize component inventory level & stocking cost. 8.Responsible for on-time and in full delivery of excellent quality products to customers with competitive production cost. 9.Develop and maintain good cooperation with internal/external customers. 10.Developing Others: Fully utilizes and improves performance of others, enhancing the capabilities of people in the organization.

Knowledge and skills: 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering discipline within the field of mechanical, process/industrial, electrical or similar. 2. Above 5 years experiences in Plant Management or plant operations manager experience. 3. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, ability to lead cross function team to achieve business needs. 4.Proven ability to utilize processes to evaluate multiple options for solution. 5.Good analytic skills and be able to make quick decision based on facts and data in a complex scenario. 6.Proficient language skills in the native language and English. 7.Goal oriented and self-motivated professional with the ability to work with and influence diverse groups at different levels and across functions. 8.Ability to execute and drive toward the organizational goals with minimum remote supervision.
