Key Responsibilities
• Support digital assets archive in system and logistics coordination
• Provide general administrative support to team, coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendar arrangements.
• Support prepare and organize documents, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Assist in organizing team events, liaise with cross-pillar teams and external vendors if needed
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong written and spoken English skills is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Marketing related field experience is a plus
• Passion in video/advertisement/social media is a plus
• Project management mindset is preferred
