Mechanical Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Understand and document customer’s requirements then reach agreements with customer 2. Work with colleagues to design auto rig independent accordingly to CRS and considering project value 3. Assess the hardware related risks with necessary mitigations, follow hardware standardization and rules. 4. Finish the whole hardware assembly and debug as scheduled. 5. Ensure the daily rig repair, recovery the rig in 48 hours, keep rig’s maintenance time continuing decline. 6. Promote hardware standardization as assigned. Support commercial parts localization.   Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation relate. 2. Bachelor with 8+ years or Master with 5+ years in automation design. 3. Experience in auto rig system architecture design. 4. Experience with problem analysis and resolution. Proven tracking record of continuous improvement successfully. 5. Able to develop long-term plans, programs, and goals, to evaluate work. 6. Accomplishments and provide effective feedback. 6. Skilled in automation design. 7. Skilled in the use of at least one of CAD software, such as Solid works, Pro-e, UG etc. 8. Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency. 9. Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal priorities. 10. Ability to work with employees and customers in a multi-cultural, global team environment. Demonstrates and promotes the Coherent Worldwide .
